Viel mehr als nur Party und Protz
Die wunderschöne Baleareninsel ist nicht nur beliebt bei Partygästen und Reich & Schön, sondern genauso bei Individualurlaubern und bei Familien. Die Insel bietet viel Abwechslung, von schönen Orten bis hin zu vielen tollen Strände und Badebuchten.
Anreise & Verkehrsmittel
Viele verschiedene Airlines fliegen nach Ibiza (IBZ). Das macht die Anreise ganz problemlos möglich und noch dazu preiswert. Vor Ort fuhren wir kostengünstig mit Bus und Taxi fast überall hin. Mein Tipp: Moped anmieten. So erspart man sich das Warten an den Bushaltstellen und man kommt gut zu jeder kleinen Bucht und kann direkt davor parken.
Sightseeing & Ausflüge
- Ibiza Stadt (Eivissa): Die Hauptstadt Ibizas ist toll und eignet sich ideal für Shoppingbegeisterte und Gourmetliebhaber. Vor allem die Altstadt (Dalt Vila) lädt mit ihren verwinkelten, engen, weißen Gassen und ihren sehr charmanten Boutiquen zum Flanieren ein. Abends treffen sich hier die Einheimischen und Touristen, um ihren Abend gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Mein Tipp: Mit einem Eis in der Hand am Hafen an den vielen luxuriösen Yachten vorbeispazieren, die einen nur so staunen lassen.
- Zitadelle Eivissa: Die Festung sollte auf jeden Fall zum Sonnenuntergang besucht werden. Hier hat man eine tolle Rundumsicht auf die Stadt und das Meer.
- Playa den Bossa: Eine wilde Partynacht an der Partymeile Ibizas darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Ich kann hier das Ushuaia und das HI Ibiza empfehlen. Untertags ist der Strand namens Playa den Bossa ein schöner, flachabfallender Sandstrand, an dem es sich auch gut entspannen lässt. Mein Tipp: Oft gilt die Eintrittskarte für das Ushuaia auch für das HI Ibiza. Man muss nur rechtzeitig vor 00:00 den Club wechseln. Ansonsten zahlt man gleich nochmal € 30 – € 60 Eintritt.
- Tagesausflug nach Formentera: Mehrmals täglich gibt es verschieden Fährverbindungen von Ibiza auf die ruhigere Nachbarsinsel Formentera. In der Hochsaison sind die beliebten Strände sehr überlaufen. Dennoch ist ein Ausflug dorthin empfehlenswert. Weiße Puderzuckerstrände und türkisblaues Meer machen diese Insel zu einem tollen Ausflugsziel, das mit einer Art Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus problemlos und kostengünstig an einem Tag erkundet werden kann.
- Bucht Cala Saladeta: In der Hochsaison komplett überfüllt, aber trotzdem wunderschön ist dieser kleiner Strand an der Nord-Westküste der Insel. Mein Tipp: Genügen Trinken und Essen einpacken. Die Preise von den Verkäufern sind oft stark überteuert.
Unterbringung
Für Urlauber, die am Abend etwas Party machen möchten und nähe der Hauptstadt wohnen wollen, empfehle ich die Gegend rund um Playa d´en Bossa. Hier stehen viele tolle, moderne Hotels und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Shops, Cafés, Restaurants und Nachtlokale.

- Apartementos Sal Rossa: in erster Strandreihe, große Zimmer und tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
- Hotel Ushuaia: Hotel und Club in einem, der „Place to be“ für Partybegeisterte. Konzerte im Hotelpreis inkludiert
- Hardrock Hotel: Direkt neben dem Ushuaia, tolles modernes Hotel
Restaurant & Shopping
Die größte Shoppingauswahl gibt es auf jeden Fall in Ibiza Stadt. Allerdings gibt es verteilt auf der gesamten Insel überall tolle Boutiquen, Shops und Märkte.
